Emptiness unfolds on the lane summer rain is coming down a stoic man walks all alone but nobody knows his name lights a cigarette on the main street like Jack Nicholson he'll survive the moon outside is smiling I can see it in your eyes masquerading as somebody's fool the figure turns at the light then he's laughing some melancholy song but nobody knows his name like a victor in a dogfight he wears a tattered coat there's writing on the sidewalk I can see it in his eyes emptiness unfolds on the lane summer rain is coming down a stoic man walks all alone but nobody knows his name

about

"Tropic of Ignorance" is the second album to materialize during the 2020 pandemic. This is my first complete concept album. It is by far my moodiest work to date. Songs of apprehension, isolation and fear are prevalent. The sounds are eclectric including hard rockers, ballads and even accordion music.
